Minecraft to with Command Block not working?

My friend and I wanted to write a command to teleport to a command block in Minecraft. We have version 1.14.60 and entered the following into the command block: / tp @p 653 110 75

We already left this out before the Tp but somehow it doesn't work. Can someone help us?

Are command blocks activated on the server?

Tried with a lever and tried with nh switch does not work. We also tried it with a Redstone amplifier but it doesn't work
