Minecraft stuck at 30 FPS?

I set it to unlimited and not VSync.

I have a gtx 1650 ti and an intel core i5-10300H because otherwise I always had around 500 FPS.

Laptops often limit the FPS to 30 as soon as you are not connected to the power. Plug your charging cable into the laptop and restart MC, then you should have more FPS again.
