Minecraft: Left click does not work when I press CTRL (MAC)?

Unfortunately, at the moment I'm relying on an imac. My problem is: I can't make a left click in Minecraft when I sprint (so press CTRL). It also annoys the left click as right-click when I press CTRL, and the player then eats, e.g. Something.

I have tried it with both Magic Tastertur and Magic Mouse, as well as with cable and mouse.

I did not understand correctly but that's what I understood: left click is recognized as a right click and if you press STGR (sprint) you eat. One solution would be that you have Minecraft on options, control and there you can set your stuff.
