How to show again the selected item in the lower right corner [Minecraft]?

According to your screenshot you have a resolution of 1280x1024. This is a dissolution rate of 5: 4.

To display your item completely right again, you should set your resolution to a resolution at a rate of 16: 9/10. These would be for example:

1920x1080
2560x1440

1680x1050

To change your screen resolution under W7 / Win10:

right-click on the desktop.
click Display Settings.
