I got Minecraft from my brother in my old PC (graphics card broken) but I can't play it in the new (PC). (I had the Windows 10 / Bedrock Editon).

You will likely have had a Microsoft account. If you use it to sign in to the Microsoft Store, you should be able to download Minecraft again.
