I don't know of any server rental companies that are FREE and that would meet all of your requirements. I'm sorry.
But anyone can afford Nitrado servers for a few euro a month.
There's not any. Why should someone give you something like that for free?
So you want it all for nothing Doesn't exist. Pay money or host it yourself!
You seem to be very familiar with MC servers, why don't you have your own? Sure, domain and subdomain are not that easy, but in the end every domain is better than an ip, I solved the problem with noip dyndns. The ending .ddns.net is better than an ip as I said.
if you have any old computer / laptop you can first try to host MC on it, otherwise there are definitely classifieds on eBay, e.g. An old system with an I3 or I5 (would take at least one from the 2000 series) with 8 or 16GB RAM, that should certainly be enough.
There's nothing for free, otherwise everyone would do it, the income has to come from somewhere. The advantage of having your own server is that you can do what you want.
And disadvantages of building your own:
- Electricity costs
- maintenance costs
- I like to have internet that is too slow (depending on what you have)
- No (D) OS protection
- You have to do everything yourself

There are free Mc Servers - also with subdomains - but these are either not available 24/7 or for nothing at all (e.g. 128MB RAM)
And you certainly won't get a whole network!
Either way, it's going to be expensive
