Minecraft plants grow slowly, how?

I would like to have plants and animals grow more slowly on my Spigot 1.16 server, i.e. More realistic. The lowest RandomTickspeed is actually too slow for me.

Do you have any ideas how to do that? Can also be a plugin.

Unfortunately this is only for the 1.4.5 but not for the 1.16, thank you anyway

You can't use floating point numbers like in the Gamerule

Use "0.1"? (try "." or ",")
