You don't need plugins for that! Never heard of an AFK fountain? It's called that because you use it to keep moving while you're AFK so you don't get kicked. There are a lot of tutorials on the Internet for this, I will try to explain: Build a 4x4 "ring" from whatever block, so that a 3x3 area is created inside. Then you make a slab in one corner of the surface, later the water will get there. In the middle there's a 2 block high column. In the corner where the slab is you build the ring one block higher so that no water flows out. Then you place the water on the slab. (From 1.13 you have to be careful that the water is not in the slab but a block above it.) Finally you place a sign on the column so that the water only flows in one direction.
