Do you mean explosive damage or blast radius? For a larger blast radius you can easily create a new and bigger explosion with World.createExplosion (), for more damage you have to match the event.getCause () with DamageCause.BLOCK_EXPLOSION in the EntityDamageEvent and damage the player accordingly.
