Nitrado Server is constantly lying?

I rented a Nitrado Minecraft Vanilla Server a short time ago and I always get the message '' Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 4634ms or 92 ticks behind '' in the server console. The server is often lagged behind and it messed up the fun. We do not use any plugins or the like and are only 4 players on the server

The message says that the server is overloaded, which you also notice on the laggs. Unfortunately, Nitrado does not specify how many virtual nuclei you get. I guess 0.5-1vCore and 1GB RAM.

Netcup does not build a real ram with the VPS products but uses a swap. That means lags are preprogrammed.

Can't you do anything except look for a new hoster. At the most to the support or pretend.
