Plant field mc?

How can I plant a field with commands in minecraft? So plant wheat or carrots on a field floor? So that I e.g. For a 5x5 field there's no need to make a command block for every single block. Or is there a plugin?

The normal fill command execute a block above the field. The blocks are called:

wheat
carrots
potatoes
