Minecraft plugin downgrade?

I want to downgrade a plugin for version 1.8 to 1.7.10.

How do I do that?

Yes, but that's a bit complicated and I don't know how to program something like that. Is there an easier way? I just started it on 1.7.10 but I couldn't open the menu per commands (nothing happened but the plugin is green at / plugin). On the 1.7.10 it has all the blocks that it needs so no change from 1.7.10 to 1.8 (which could affect the plugin)

Either it just works in 1.7.10 or you have to somehow get to the source (decompiling, asking) integrate the old Spigot api and try to change all the places that are no longer compiling.
