Do I need an imprint for the following website?

I have a Mincraft server on which I have installed a plugin which collects statistics and uploads them to a public port of the Minecraft server. Now my question is: I have an SSL certificate installed which allows me to have only ICH permission to access this website (login). However, I still need an imprint? Besides, it's not even a real website. It is the IP of the server with the public port.

Any freely accessible website (no matter how) that is based in Germany needs an imprint.

§ 5 Telemedia Act (TMG)

Also to note:

§ 55 Broadcasting Treaty (RstV)

Meanwhile, it applies to both private and commercial Webseinten. Even if you only present one log in from the internet. It is about the Registered Domain or IP (depending on) this must be Verifiable attached to the page.

You do not need that.

It would be more comfortable.

But then you can adjust yourself to stupid questions.

Hmm… So I would say yes, since you collect data you need next to the imprint, a privacy policy in which the user can see what and why you collect his data or for what purpose. In addition, the DSGVO prescribes a lot… If someone wants to delete his data, he would have to have the opportunity to contact you.

Am now no RA but an imprint ensteht you generally no disadvantage, rather reflects a page with operator data a certain seriousness. (My opinion, I want to know who uses my data for what?)

Before you get any reminder from any Internet lawyer, I would do it for security (in 5 min done), because your server is not private, but publicly, it would be mandatory under §5 TMG anyway.
