Yesterday I bought Minecraft for my MacBook Pro 2020 to download from Minecraft.net. After downloading the .dmg file, I can open it and drag Minecraft into my applications. But when I try to start Minecraft, nothing happens and the program doesn't respond. Does anyone know why that is?
