Minecraft Parent Confirmation without Visa and Mastercard?

I bought Minecraft a long time ago. My parents have now switched from Unitymedia to Telekom and therefore I have a new e-mail address. Now I wanted to change them in Minecraft but need the confirmation from my parents. The stupid thing is that my parents do not have Visa or Mastercard and therefore they can't confirm this kak. Does anyone know how to do it differently?
