My friends are playing Minecraft at the moment, unfortunately they are all on Ps4 and I'm the only one on my PC. Is there any way to play with them?

No even with the Windows 10 Edition not. Sony does not allow crossplay with Minecraft. Xbox One, Switch and Windows 10 Edition are possible.
