If you place 3 monitors next to each other and play 1 game e.g. Minecraft then has a larger field of vision (you see the opponents faster / earlier) and such an advantage over other players?
No you can't see that the FoV is not bigger
What does "FoV" mean haha
Field of view
OK thanks.
Incidentally, you can also increase the field of view with a normal monitor.
Wait aren't you the one with the 27 vs 24 inch? Oh and fov means field of view
I would be interested in what you think what's going on. So shouldn't be mean. I'm serious. Because it doesn't distort the whole picture on the x axis. Accordingly, only the fov can be greater.
Also field of view
Are there black borders at the top and bottom?
Haha yes I'm and thank you
No then you have a wrong scaling
And yet it does. Otherwise the image would have to be distorted on the x axis if it did not adjust the field of view. That means yes, you see more around you. You only have to set this manually for many games because they do not recognize or support it.
In casual games (such as Minecraft) you can set your FoV yourself. Since you change your aspect ratio with 3 monitors, the edges are no longer distorted as you are used to with a 16: 9 monitor in e.g. Minecraft. However, if you can't set the FoV in game yourself (in competitive games like Csgo), distortions can occur because it is then not "synchronous". It only helps a little with such. This minimal advantage is made up for by the distortion at the edge.
