I'm thinking of buying a PC. Since I'm in training and don't have unlimited money, my budget would be between 600 and 800 euro, not including a monitor and keyboard + mouse.
Would also agree to assemble it yourself, I've heard that you can save a lot.
It would be important for me that drawing programs, Photoshop and 3D programs run smoothly. Would also be great if games run smoothly, but it is not more demanding than Minecraft with any shader.
