So I want a PC setup that costs 800 euro in total. (So keyboard, mouse, housing, monitor, everything in total 800 euro)
Is that enough for Fortnite and Minecraft?
Let's say a monitor with a mouse and keyboard costs 150 euro. Then you would have about 650 euro for the PC. A PC with a dedicated graphics card would be suitable for Fortnite, which is not really in the budget.
800, - € budget for all the trimmings will hardly be anything, especially if, as I have read in the comments, it should also be sufficient for GTA VI, if it comes out at some point.
You have to add another € 800, especially at the current prices, it depends on what kind of monitor, keyboard and mouse you want.
You can get 144hz for 160 euro. Mouse keyboard 50 euro. Then I still have 650 euro for a pc with rgb and a graphics card. Still have time, I'll still save.
how long should I save until I have a real PC on which I can gamble?
If nothing changes in the current prices, you will surely have to save a lot, because you have to pay a good 600 euro or more for a decent graphics card that supplies your 144Hz monitor with sufficient fps. The rtx 3060 was on release at around 600 euro, meanwhile I see them wandering over the counter for around 900 euro. Which is a good 500 euro too much for a graphics card in this performance class. And unfortunately it doesn't look any better with other models.
Sorry, but the current situation with Corona and Bitcoin is just ruining everything. Incidentally, RGB is not that important, it might look chic, but would rather save the money for the colored lights and invest in more powerful hardware 😉.
I would really wait until everything has calmed down again, graphics cards become cheaper again and, above all, available.
What good is a 144Hz monitor if the PC doesn't even get above 60 FPS in most games? 650 euro is not even close and with your bill you would not even have 650 euro. 800 euro for the PC would be more suitable for Fortnite, but it will hardly be enough for GTA 6 either. Here's one for 800 euro: https://hardwarerat.de/...b-ssd?c=78
If you want to play GTA 6, this would be more appropriate: https://hardwarerat.de/...0-pro?c=78
GTA 6 will most likely be very powerful. That way you would be on the safe side and that's easily enough for all current games.
My son has a tablet and a smartphone, P40 from Huewei.
Somewhat expensive because 1100 euro. Can actually do anything. Boring Minecraft too.
He plays on his tablet. 500 euro.
But also works on the mobile phone.
What are you talking about?
Minecraft is the world's most boring game for a PC.
As I said… Cell phone.
