Minecraft not loading completely?

I've been playing MC for a long time. I reinstalled the .Minecraft folder and Minecraft!

But when I start Minecraft, Minecraft does not go any further at the end of the loading bar.

I had exactly this problem once. At that time I could only start the game by exiting the launcher via the task manager.

At the time, I was dealing with adware that blocked the game from starting. Possibly installed by mods. You can remove these with the ADW cleaner from Malwarebytes.
