Minecraft chunk not loading completely?

My Minecraft chunks are not fully loaded, even though I have set the chunks to over 30.

I could also set the chunks to 60, but it wouldn't change that I have such a "short" view. I also deleted the "Options" file in my Minecraft folder and deleted all video settings under Optifine, which did not help.

Would anyone have a solution?

If this is a server, the chunks are probably limited.

Press F3+ A. Then the chunks are reloaded.
