I think the term gamergirl is really unnecessary and irrelevant. But if you really want to call yourself that then do that. You can call yourself what you want but if you only play one game then I don't think this name suits you well. I play more than 200 games myself and don't consider myself a gamer girl. I mean I don't know any boy who calls himself a gamerboy
