I got a Minecraft Windows 10 full version code a few weeks ago and then redeemed it in the Microsoft Store. Started Minecraft but it comes only for a few seconds, the Mojang logo and then closes Minecraft just like that and without error message. What should I do?
This error has already had some users! Did the code you used ONLY go to you, or did another user redeem it?
