Why is minecraft hanging in the loading bar?

I have the problem that if i want to start minecraft e.g. 1.14 then the loading bar only loads up to a certain point and then it hangs

I have already tried to uninstall Minecraft and also made sure that I delete the .Minecraft folder and then I tried to reinstall Minecraft that worked, but the problem did not go away

I also tried different versions of Minecraft but unfortunately without success

I have Windows 10 and I don't know what to do

Do you have any additional programs installed like mods, hacks or the like?
