Streaming PC?

What do I have to design for a (used) computer (without peripherals, is available) so that I can play Minecraft (ideally with Forge / Optifine and Shader) and stream it in parallel?

Which specs should the minimum / ideally have (Intel / AMD)?

It is difficult to say with a used PC. Above all, it depends on how old the PC is. That should be possible with a Ryzen 5 1600, at Intel it should be something like an i7 7700 (K).

Since 2 cores are enough for Minecraft to operate the 1050 ti, you have the same power for streaming as when playing and enough ram

Buying on ebay is an i7 without graphics and significantly cheaper

with the ram just get 2 * 8gb then haste 24 is enough!

16GB RAM is enough for more than 12 chunks, I speak from experience.

Even with mods and shaders.

I got a i5-2500K with 32GB RAM and a GTX960 4GB. Should fit 😅 Just see if it's already OC.
