Legislation around the imprint is not that simple. It is said that anyone who offers services for a fee must provide an imprint.
This consists of
Surname
Address (this must be one where you can be physically found, in this case your place of residence)
Postcode / town
And email. Cell phone I don't think so

Please excuse me. I haven't read the main question XD In order to be subject to legal notice, you have to earn money with your web site. If you do it the legal way, you are usually over 18 for it. But if you do an imprint voluntarily, then in my opinion there's no age limit / release

As far as I know, the person named in the imprint must have full legal capacity, i.e. Of legal age. For minors, for example, a legal guardian (parent) would have to step in as the person responsible.

The data of the responsible person must be given.
Mandatory information is:
Last name and name
Loadable postal address (a post office box is not sufficient)
