OBS recording error?

When I open Minecraft and want to take OBS, I get an error message. Do you know what that could be? Can a PC be too bad for OBS?

Error message: "Error starting recording: Output failed. Please check the log file for details. Note: If you are using NVENC or AMD encoding, make sure your video drivers are up to date

And what does the log file say?

Isn't there when I open the .txt it is clean.

Then it is difficult to impossible to find a solution. Since the error message says nothing.
