So I downloaded Optifine and the SildurVibrant High shader. But whenever I have it on, my Minecraft lags really bad. How can I solve this?
What kind of PC components?
Ah you mean it's because of my pc?
Could it be your PC?
What kind of PC components do you have?
Ah ok I see what you mean the pc belongs to my father is an office pc: hp
Set the visibility down, deactivate effects that could lag more.
That usually works very well for me
What are your attitudes?
I would recommend texture packs instead of shaders. Laggt less then
I don't think there's only one from HP, right?
But if it is only an office PC, then a high shader or a shader in general is too demanding. Maybe it works with visibility to 2, but then you can't see anything and then the shader doesn't work anymore.
Will probably be due to the PC. Minecraft itself is already resource hungry + shader. A weak PC can't do that.
Can you recommend a good pc to me?
When I was still playing mc, it was helpful to make out shadows and set the visibility to 6-8 chunks. It is most likely because your graphics card is too bad for shaders. It can't be due to OptiFine, because Optifine even gives you an FPS boost of 10-20 FPS.
I can't recommend any specific PC now because some finished PCs are really kidding! The easiest and best thing to do is to assemble a PC yourself. It is sometimes much cheaper to get away than if you have a ready-made PC for e.g. 2000-3000 euro buys and most of it is just junk.
It doesn't have to be the newest releases either (if you're not a hardcore gamer). For Minecraft, e.g. A 1080, 1660 graphics card works perfectly. I also have a PC with an RTX 960 graphics card and Minecraft runs amazingly well there (have 3 PCs). As a CPU, you get the AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with 4 cores for a good price (Ryzen 5.7 are of course better). The MSI B450M Pro-VDH Max. RAM memory I have installed 16GB serves as my mainboard. Power supply 500Watt. I currently use the RTX 2070 as a graphics card, which I got on eBay for "only" 150 euro. You should be careful with used hardware, but I don't have the money to get everything brand new. I bought a used graphics card and hard drives! Everything is also going perfectly.
The best thing to do is to do a little research on the internet. Everyone has their own idea of a PC. If you don't know how to assemble a PC yourself, there are tons of good videos on YouTube. Maybe your father can help you with that too.
If you have read everything so far then respect! You have now earned a thousand points 😄
