It is possible the minecraft server (runs on nitrado) assure at the time (reallife) please the degree of difficulty and activate the time please the other degree of difficulty.

You can easily do that with a plugin. This has nothing to do with Nitrado or any provider.

There you (or a developer in your server team) must write a plugin (with Java).
How would it go with ingame ziet?
With a command block, please do not ask me for the exact command, but if it's Java based it should be about Os: set difficulty hard
