Multiverse Portal will not be installed why?

I instaled Multiverse Portal. I use an ftp server for minecraft

but then I have it in FileZilla pulled into my ftp server I've reloaded my server again and rebooted the server but then I made / mvp and it does not work there then stood "Unknow command…", etc. Can someone help me?

Looks like the plugin was not loaded at all. Do you get an error message in the console when starting the server? Which spigot version do you use?
