Where can you find designers for your server?

Who knows good sites or people where you can find designers who design logos or generally design for minecraft servers? Since we're still a small minecraft server we're looking for designers who can do this for free.

You don't design a server, you administer it. Your wording is therefore extremely unfavorable.

And probably nobody does that for free. Vlt. At least with something in return like a link. My recommendation would be that you look for someone in Minecraft communities who can support you. You won't find someone like that here.
