Suggestions for improvement on the pc?

I want to buy a new pc. I have now made a configuration. Can you tell me if the oc will work that way? And do you have any suggestions for improvement?

I have 32 GB of RAM because sometimes I run a small server on it. And with the graphics card I wait a few more weeks or go to the rtx 3070.

As a game, I will mostly play minecraft. But also Fifa or Gta. Also a couple of raytraicing games.

So what would you improve on the pc?
