I have a Minecraft server with permissionEX and I want to connect that to a database I have also looked at many tutorials and in all tutorials phpMyAdmin was used and I wanted to ask if this only works with phpMyAdmin or if others work
Reading and understanding seems to be too much to ask of most kids these days.
PhpMyAdmin is not a database but the path to the database. The DB is still called MySQL and you have to create it first and then call it up with Ihttp://P/Domain/phpMyAdmin.
Reading is education and not always just watching videos.
PHPMyAdmin is just one way to connect to a database. MySQL is used. I guess most of the tutorials explain what MySQL is and how you can use it. Otherwise, watch a tutorial on YouTube again. Then a connection between Pex and MySQL should not be a problem for you
