Search Minecraft Builder (Good Forums)?

Do you know a good forum where you can find good builder / staff? In Minecraft hardly come up to no answers.

How about simply making a website where you can apply and then search on YT or somewhere to advertise for the server and write to team members.

As far as I know, a domain costs money that I do not have, and I'm not a web designer.

And Btw there are Google Docs, so you can create an application form then you do not need a website

This is a server for * 1 * Special Game Mode / Minigame, just need someone building a few houses / tower, have a discord server with 500 people who would play, but no one can / want to build.
