Is there a Discord bot that automatically transfers ranks from my Minecraft server to my Discord server? So if I give someone a rank on my Minecraft server, they automatically have it on Discord?

Yes most do it so that you give your dc and mc and everything on their website and they are connected, so to speak
As far as I know, these are all private bots that were written exactly for the server they are on. That means you should have a bot and a plugin written specifically for your server, and then have each user give you a UUID and Discord ID.
For a small server without a donor, you can actually give it to yourself, because there's probably no one who voluntarily assembles something like this for you
