Have minecraft server for me and a friend on one hosted i can connect to it my friend not another pc in the network can connect to it my friend still can't firewall it already disabled what else can I do can't change router settings by the way because I do not have the password
If you put your Single Player Map on server, this only works on the network. For real servers that are accessible from multiple networks, you either need hamachi, or rent one. You can also take a free one at aternos.org.

Your server is only internally involved, you have to do a port release in the router to make your Minecraft server accessible to others. Imitate the best on Youtube with the search term: "Port release Minecraft Server."
