Linux Debian 10 Minecraft server Ip?

I plan to create a Minecraft server on a Linux Debian 10 Vserver and wanted to ask how I can ensure that the server gets an ip such as Griefergames.net, Hypixel.net, GommeHD, etc.

When you buy a domain, you can redirect it to the numbers IP from your Minecraft server. That goes e.g. With Cloudfllare
