How can you get speed?

How can I get more speed in minecraft on the server hypixel, in skyblock? Is there a skill you have to level? Or do you somehow unlock speed at ner quest?

It's not the only option, but there are (I mean) two speed talismans and armor that, when complete, gives a boost. Otherwise I think that was possible with certain swords:-)

You can get a Speed Potion on Creative.
