Minecraft server connection problems?

I created a Forge server 4 days ago, connected it with no-ip, then made the port releases 25565 in my Fritzbox 7490 and created new rules for the ports in my Windows firewall (have Panda Antivirus). Nevertheless, it doesn't work, I've tried a lot, but nothing helps.

You could try changing the port and go to the Server.properties under port change the from 25565 => 25566 then you give the port free (25565) and open cmd.exe give "ip-config" then your ip should be displayed 2. Copy your ip if you don't know exactly which of the numbers your ip is. Just try it out. 2. Start the server eg. Start.bat 3. Restart your router 4. Try to join eg. 127.0.0.0:25566 then it should work
