You have to do this:

You go to a new world and then choose rugged under world type.

Then you create the world.

When that's all loaded, type Windows + r (hold both keys).

There you enter% appdata% /. Minecraft.

There's a folder somewhere called saves. There you go looking for the name of your world.

That should be a folder.
