Create RP date calculator with Google Drive?

I know a Minecraft Roleplay Server that has created a table in Google Drive, with which you can find out the Roleplay date by specifying the realive date and time.

I would also like to have something like this for my server, so I wanted to ask if anyone here knows how to do it when you start with a completely empty table.

How to do this is quite complex to explain because you need Excel knowledge. Would suggest you just copy and edit the spreadsheet, or just ask whoever made it. 🤷♂️ I think it was hand.
