I didn't want to rent a server again for a few days just to play Minecraft.
I saw on the Internet that there's also the possibility to open the game via LAN and the colleague in another network can somehow join via the IP. But I didn't really understand how it works and I can't find a good tutorial for it.

If you already fail to look for a tutorial or to understand the tutorial, you shouldn't do the whole thing in the first place. You could create a free Minecraft server on https://aternos.org/...s.org/:de/.
Then explain it to me or send an understandable tutorial? The ones I found weren't good.
