Yes, everyone can always go on for a short time and then get kicked. Some more, some less.

What is MODT?
Make an ICMP echo request.
So take the IP / address and enter it in your console.
ping IPADDRESS -t
If there's time, the ping should now be available. If you only get timeout errors, then contact your hoster support.

Your server seems to keep restarting. All mods out at night. (Rename the Mods folder) and see if it boots. And then comes to a standstill at some point.
You can also look in the crashes folder to see whether log files were created there. Please upload the latest to hastebin.com.
