Linux Debian VServer .sh file Start-Command does not work?

I have a VServer and want to run a Minecraft and Teamspeak server on it. I'm using SSH on PuTTY and have Java 8 installed. When I want to start the .sh files, I just get [Screen is terminating] and nothing happens after that. I already wrote to support on Discord (ticket), but after asking a question they didn't write anything and closed the ticket. How can I fix this?
