My super great parents have set up a parental lock for me on the wireless router. I don't think that's bad at all. I'm just a big minecraft fan and would like to play on servers. But does not work! Your parents are already thinking something about it. I hope you know how to clear a history, otherwise it might get uncomfortable if they control your phone / computer and find this question here.

But of course: A different IP address would not help you. Locks work differently. A fixed IP address would be set on your computer, so you need the computer's administrator password. For everything else you need the router's administrator password. If you could change such configurations without a password, such configurations would be pointless.
