Minecraft friends join it says only server is looking for?

So I have a question because I play minecraft with a friend on the bedrock edition I can join her but if she wants to join me it says only "server is searched" can someone help me? And by the way, she's playing on cellphone.

There are many reasons for this: maybe your internet dropped out. 2. You two may not have been in the same version since 3. Maybe restart your minecraft?
