So I wanted to ask if Good question somebody knows how to program a Real Life Server and if this works at all I would like to open a Real life Minecraft server and hope that this will be successful and looking for people who are interested and wanted in addition still ask what you need for everything and if that is possible
It is possible.
You need a server with a plugin launcher like Spigot or Bukkit.
In addition various plugins, which you must furnish then.
With good hosters, you can install Bukkit or Spigot right away.
I would also recommend having enough RAM for the server to work well.
So since I have little experience with programming a server or anything else I would let the other do it and then hire a developer because I plan to create a big real life server I would still like to know where to find these people and possibly "too adjusting "

There are Minecraft groups on Facebook where you could ask. Otherwise, there are "Rent a Dev" programs where you can hire a developer. Write me a PM and I'll give you a few addresses.
