Every few seconds while running / moving or removing / placing blocks comes a very short mini-lag, a kind of micro-freez.
Likewise, if a friend writes something in the chat on the server, there's a short big lag.
I don't know why, it's very frustrating.

Play Minecraft on 1.16.4 with the latest version Optifine's, I also assigned Minecraft 8Gb of my 16Gb RAM, play with a 144Hz monitor from AOC and an RTX 2070.
It looks like you have a good PC and graphics card, but your CPU could still be overloaded. Check your CPU usage while playing. Maybe let me know briefly.
If you play on a server your internet might not be fast enough.
it can also be that there's a bug somewhere that can't be processed correctly

I have the task manager running in the background, according to the task manager nothing is overwhelmed. It's not because of the internet either, internet lags are different.
The CPU is used to 20% while playing Minecraft.
