My Minecraft server only gets 2GB Ram?

I opened a Minecraft server where I play with friends, but somehow it only gets 2GB Ram even though I assigned 6GB Ram.
My PC parts:
I7 7700
2x 8GB Ram
GTX 1060 3GB

I would be very happy for an answer

I assume that the server will get more memory when it really needs it. Stress the server and see if it gets more. The maximum value is given as 6GB.

I think this 2192mb indicates how much the server has used at most in the runtime of the server. The 6gb are on the right as a max
