I can't download Minecraft Optifine why?

Whenever I finish the download of Optifine 1.8.8, it says that I have to download a 64 bit version. There are all versions of Optifine 64b versions or not? And if not, where can I find them? Is this perhaps a bug in my Windows 10 system that was bought just 3 months ago?

Is meant vlt the Java version, which you have only the 32bit Java version, instead of a 64bit Java version
